Greed, Need, or Service

Two bees, a bumble and a honey, plus butterfly breakfasting on flowering weeds. Long probing butterfly spending time at each bloom. Honeybees walking petals, quickly tasting or testing, then off to another. Bumblebee fastest, banging from fixed position voraciously through pistils on one flower, then on to the next.

Three genera competing for sustenance? At first, I thought bumble a bit greedy, then remembered butterfly feeds itself, no other beyond perhaps posterity. Bees gather for hives. There are lessons here.
